Your progress is saved to your account, not to this device. Sign in from any phone, tablet or computer and the same record follows you. It is readable only with your own email and password — not by other subscribers, and not by colleagues at your hospital. Internal audits, incidents and CAPAs are the exception: those are your hospital's shared records and count your whole team's work.
